The Maintenance Technician supports reliable and safe CNC machining operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting with repairs, and supporting facility and material handling needs.

• Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support material handling and logistics, including daily fork truck operation.
• Communicate equipment status and safety concerns to leadership.

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred (CNC machining environment strongly desired).
• Basic mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Fork truck experience preferred (training available).
• Knowledge of OSHA and shop safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal I greatly communication skills.
