General Labor / Production Associate – $17/hr – 2nd & 3rd Shift – Youngstown, OH Area
Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring General Labor and Production Associates for immediate openings with manufacturing partners in Youngstown, Boardman, Struthers, and surrounding areas.
Pay & Schedule- Starting at $17/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 6-day work week required
- Mandatory overtime available
- Load and unload materials
- General labor and production support
- Stand, walk, and bend throughout shift
- Lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Reliable attendance
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start
- Full-time hours with overtime
