. We value our people, celebrate great work, and support learning and growth every day. We are seeking CNC Machine Operators for Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM) and Night Shift (10:00 PM-6:00 AM) who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Machine Operator, you will play an essential role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.

. - Load parts precisely according to Work Instructions and Training Guidelines.
- Read, understand, and follow Job Books and In-Process Inspection Sheets.
- Perform product testing and verification to support optimal machine performance.
- Develop skills to run increasingly complex parts using advanced measuring tools such as bore gages, inside micrometers, and depth gages.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping of machines, tools, inspection equipment, and work areas each shift.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent, conforming results.
- Troubleshoot issues during operation to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with leadership regarding machining, manufacturing, or safety concerns.
- Perform pre- and post-machining inspections to ensure product conformance.
- Independently complete assembly and manufacturing tasks using product-specific job instructions.
- Take ownership of smooth, reliable machine operation.
- Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
