Compensation:

Schedule:
Mon – Sat weekly rotation across the below shifts
- 7:00am to 3:00pm
- 3:00pm to 11:00pm
- 11:00pm to 7:00am
Our client is seeking Motor Inspectors to support maintenance and reliability efforts within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This position focuses on inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing motors and related production equipment while working closely with electrical and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electric motors
- Assist with repairs of industrial electrical equipment
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot relays, sensors, and control components
- Assist electrical technicians with maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Support production uptime and equipment reliability
- Industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience
- Hands‑on experience with motors, power systems, and related electromechanical components.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read basic technical documentation
- Strong safety awareness
- Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment
- Experience identifying electrical faults and carrying out effective repairs.
- Heavy manufacturing background
- Experience in steel, metals, automotive, or other industrial manufacturing environments.
