* ** Pay:** **$27-$40/hr (based on experience)*
* We are actively seeking experienced
** Maintenance Technicians
** for multiple
** direct hire opportunities
** with leading manufacturing companies in the Youngstown area.
If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy keeping production running efficiently, we want to connect with you.
** Responsibilities*
* + Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
+ Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machines (Allen-Bradley preferred)
+ Support continuous improvement and uptime initiatives
+ Work independently on off-shifts with minimal supervision
** Qualifications*
* + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
+ Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting skills (multi-craft preferred)
+
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, or automation is a plus
+ Ability to read blueprints/schematics
+ Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift

* ** Pay Details:** $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
