• Location: Austintown, OH
• Start Date: 07/08/2026
• End Date/Duration: 2 weeks, with potential long-term opportunity
• Shift: Standard 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; alternative 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Temp/Temp to Hire
• Certifications: Background check, Drug Screen (required)
• Experience: CNC machining experience required

• Pay Range: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; other benefits may be available

• Operate CNC mills (VMC) and CNC lathes to machine components for rubber and plastic molds
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
• Measure parts using standard inspection tools to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols including background check and drug screening requirements
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

• Required:

• Proven experience operating CNC mills (VMC); lathe experience a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and lifting

• Preferred:

• Experience machining rubber or plastic molds
• Experience in precision measurement and inspection
• Previous roles: CNC Machinist, CNC Mill Operator, CNC Lathe Operator, Toolmaker, Mold Machinist, CNC Programmer/Operator
