Vallourec Star in Youngstown, OH is seeking a hands-on Melt Shop Operator to support refractory, EAF, LMF and casting operations. You will operate ladle and charging cranes, transport ladles, inspect equipment and move ladles between the ladle car, LMF and caster.
Ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays. Beneficial to have hot metal crane experience and strong math/problem-solving skills.
