Food Manufacturing Worker

We are a small family‑owned and operated bakery located in Austintown and Boardman, Ohio. This is NOT your average baker’s job. We focus on high‑volume, hand‑made kolachi production and train all new employees on the job.

Our hours are daytime only:
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for full‑time positions. Part‑time roles may be available within those windows.

• No seasonal layoffs or post‑holiday job cuts.

• Support U.S. soldiers overseas with cookies and give to local food banks.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to follow written instructions and be trainable.
• Must work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
• Must adhere to food‑safety dress code (no piercings, jewelry, false nails, etc.).
• Good communication with team members and managers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds and work on one’s feet for extended periods.
• Ability to operate commercial ovens safely.
• Ability to work with dough (physically demanding).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist customers with exceptional service, cleaning, packaging, shipping, and other duties.
• Ability to enter and exit freezers for product handling.

• Baking, cleaning, and assisting customers as needed.
• Printing documents and other miscellaneous tasks.

• Full‑time: M-F 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Part‑time: available during listed hours.
