Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and degreasing components;
Mix and prepare primers, paints, epoxies, and industrial coatings according to specified formulas and instructions;
Apply coatings to pumps, compressors, fabricated parts, and equipment using spray guns and other painting equipment;
Inspect painted surfaces for quality, coverage, color consistency, and overall finish, making adjustments as needed;
Move materials and components safely throughout the production area to support workflow
