The Account Manager acts as a strategic growth partner to the client. You are the Quarterback of the account, managing the relationship between the Client and the rest of Ellie's team.
You are responsible for guiding clients through the brand development process while building brand strategies such as purpose, positioning, message and powerful design strategies. You are a positive and driven individual who is enthusiastic for the success of the team and client relationships you manage. You’re great at prioritizing daily objectives and driving the timely delivery of work, ensuring success for both client and agency.
This is the ideal role for someone who is great at building client relationships and a pro at driving all aspects of brand management forward.
You think like a business owner and consult on how to grow the client’s business, ensuring client success for each project that we run. You are the primary point of contact and manage the relationship with the client. You work closely with the client and the team to ensure that the project is on track at all times, and that our team is set up for success.
