Marketing Director
Job Location: Park Vista Care Community - Youngstown, OH 44504
Position Type: Full-Time
Education Level: High School
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $ Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing facility census, coordinating admissions activities, and serving as a key ambassador for Park Vista within the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
- Drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing and business development efforts.
- Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate smooth resident transitions.
- Represent Park Vista at community events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
- Track referral activity, admissions trends, and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for residents, families, and referral sources.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in respiratory marketing is required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
