Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health PRN

Job Type: PRN | Varied

Schedule: 12 hours, Days or Nights (7a-730p or 7p-730a)

• Assess patients and plan care within set time‑frames, documenting findings according to policies.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, including notification of the physician.
• Use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

• Current Ohio RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Preferred: 1‑year experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
