RN Residency - New Grad Registered Nurse - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital

Mercy Health is offering a GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. Candidates will develop clinical expertise while receiving comprehensive support and benefits.

Candidates should meet at least one of the following:

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license.
• RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date.

• Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements.
• Rolling enrollment means nurses can begin the program within 30‑45 days of hire.
• Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands‑on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content.
• Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6‑8 months.
