Mercy Health is offering a GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. Candidates will develop clinical expertise while receiving comprehensive support and benefits.
EligibilityCandidates should meet at least one of the following:
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license.
- RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date.
- Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements.
- Rolling enrollment means nurses can begin the program within 30‑45 days of hire.
- Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands‑on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content.
- Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6‑8 months.
