Registered Nurse; RN Rehabilitation

Registered Nurse – Fulltime (Nights: 3–12 hour shifts)

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family, providing education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
