3x12, Nights (7p-730a), Rotating Weekends and Holidays

To better serve our community, we are expanding our inpatient capacity from 48 to 72 beds. This growth allows us to welcome more individuals into our specialized, comfortable healing spaces. It also expands our tight-knit team of professionals who bring dynamic energy to our halls every single day.

How you'll contribute:
A BH RN who excels in this role:
- Will assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies.
- Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician.
- RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
- Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

What we are looking for:
Applicants should have a current Ohio RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Certifications:
CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment. - Experience:
1-year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.

We provide high-quality compassionate care for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Programs include 24/7 crisis care and assessment, inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults age 18+.
