Mercy Health – Youngstown is seeking a Per Diem Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, plan and direct care, administer medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license with 1 year of RN experience, preferably BSN, and are able to work a 24‑hour per 6‑week period.
