- To care and provide for assigned residents with daily routine nursing care under the direction of the Charged Nurse, RN/LPN
- Perform all duties in accordance with facility, federal and state standards.
- Must have an up-to-date Ohio STNA license
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have valid BLS
