As our PRN Nurse Practitioner
, you'll provide essential clinical expertise and compassionate care to hospice patients on an as-needed basis. This flexible role allows you to make a profound impact while maintaining the work-life balance that matters to you.   Conduct comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, and prescribe medications to ensure optimal comfort and quality of life

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care throughout the Youngstown area, bringing clinical expertise and compassionate support to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals – wherever they feel most comfortable.

• Active Nurse Practitioner License (FNP, AGNP, or similar)

• Valid Driver's License

• Current liability insurance

• 1+ years clinical experience

• Hospice experience

• ACHPN (Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse) certification
