Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead direct patient care staff in a dialysis setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safe, effective dialysis delivery, and maintain staffing and compliance with nursing standards.
The role requires an RN license, a minimum of 12 months nursing experience (6 months in dialysis), and CPR certification. Supervisory experience is preferred to support patient safety and quality outcomes.
