Long-term employment for either Part-Time Weekends only or Full-Time Weekends and Weekdays

• Active Ohio LPN or RN in good standing is required.
• Paid experience at a home health agency (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care is required.
• Must be comfortable working in a home with cats and dogs.
• Ability to consistently, reliably provide services in Youngstown, OH on weekends is required.
• Mileage reimbursement provided. Reliable transportation is required.
• No On-Call shifts required.

This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking part-time supplemental income, but additional PDN or skilled nursing cases are also available for candidates interested in building a larger caseload with part-time or full-time hours.

• Provide wound care visits twice daily on weekends.

• Candidates interested in additional cases and increased hours must be willing to travel:
  • Up to 60 minutes for routine patient assignments.
  • Up to 90-120 minutes when necessary to maintain or build full-time hours.
• Variety of patient populations and clinical experiences.

To support our growth and the increasing volume of client care throughout Ohio, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, accountable, and self-motivated home health LPN or RN to join our agency as a Home Health Nurse to care for clients in and around Youngstown, OH (Mahoning County) twice-daily on weekends.

Starting Pay Rate:

• LPNs: $28- $30 per hour
• RNs: $35 - $40 per hour

* Compensation is based on employee qualifications and certifications, experience, skill specializations, positive employment history, and overall client & team fit.
