• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and fast‑paced environment.

• Supervises the team, monitors breaks, and manages scheduling/overtime.
• Assists with training and developing new employees.
• Ensures all products meet Auntie Anne’s quality standards.
• Maintains a positive, high‑energy atmosphere for the crew and customers.
