Our Crew Members strive to deliver a high-quality experience by prepping, twisting, and serving our signature products.

• Responsible for prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and lemonade.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and fast-paced environment.

The Shift Leader directs operations in the absence of the General/Assistant Manager to maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, and safety.

• Supervises the team, monitors breaks, and manages scheduling/overtime.
• Assists with training and developing new employees.
• Ensures all products meet Auntie Anne’s quality standards.
• Maintains a positive, high-energy atmosphere for the crew and customers.
