General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant
Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations and drive financial and operational excellence. As General Manager, you will own the business—from people development and guest satisfaction to profitability and community engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and inspires performance at every level. This is a hot growing new concept in the fast casual world.
What You’ll Do
- Drive and execute the restaurant business plan to achieve financial and operational targets
- Deliver world-class guest experiences focused on quality, accuracy, hospitality, speed, cleanliness, and value
- Maintain a 100% Neat, Clean, Organized, and Operational (NCOO) facility at all times
- Master and enforce all operational and management processes consistently
- Hold managers and team members accountable for performance standards and service excellence
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team
- Provide servant leadership through coaching, mentoring, and daily feedback
- Foster a culture built on integrity, excellence, growth, accountability, and candor
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training initiatives
- Ensure brand standards are executed consistently across all shifts
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence, catering, and community partnerships
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses to maximize profitability
- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to guide decision-making
- Build strong vendor partnerships and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Create a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment
- Actively engage with guests, resolve concerns, and build loyalty
- Lead community involvement and social responsibility initiatives
- Maintain high visibility on the floor during peak hours, including weekends and open/close shifts
- Demonstrate an ownership mindset—working a minimum of 50 hours per week and doing what it takes to achieve company standards

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Ability to build, inspire, and hold teams accountable
- Hands-on operational leader who leads by example
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
