Food Trailer Tour Operator

• Food Preparation & Service:
  Prepare ingredients and cook items to order, ensuring timely service while maintaining high food quality.
• Operations & Maintenance:
  Drive the truck & food trailer to designated locations, operate equipment such as generators and propane, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the trailer.
• Customer Interaction:
  Engage with consumers, answering questions about samples and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Inventory & Safety:
  Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Setup/Teardown:
  Efficiently set up equipment including signage and cooking stations, and conduct thorough cleaning after service.

• Experience:
  
  Preferred previous experience in cooking, as a line cook, or in a food service role.
• License:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience pulling a trailer is required.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy supplies, and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively under pressure.
