Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.;
Assist with store merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing according to established practices and store manager direction.;
Assist in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, register scanning, paperwork, and facility controls; prepare inventories.;
Review operating statements to identify business trends (sales, labor, profitability, inventory turn) and opportunities for expense control and shrink.;
Participate in store opening and closing activities and ensure cash handling and security procedures.
