• Team Development: Collaborate with the Store Manager to attract, hire, and onboard new team members; lead ongoing training and development initiatives.
• Performance Management: Coach and document performance, providing feedback and supporting corrective actions.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and policy compliance while acting as the operational leader in the Store Manager's absence.
• Merchandising: Execute visual directives and manage product placement to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Customer Service: Uphold service execution standards, address customer concerns, and ensure a consistent, enjoyable shopping experience.
• Results Driven: Analyze store performance, support payroll planning, and lead efforts for special events and market initiatives.

• 3+ years in a retail environment with 1+ year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail, showcasing strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work 10 to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
