Lot Attendant

Our dealership is seeking to hire a Lot Attendant/Porter. This is a Full time position with Competitive pay! Opportunity for advancement within our company!

Prior automotive lot attendant/porter experience is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidate strives for excellence in cleanliness. Attention to detail is a must! Highly motivated and works well with other team members. Has great concern for safety and cleanliness of work area. Actively looks for things to do for the store manager.

• Gas and detail sold vehicle deliveries
• Keep showroom full of cleaned vehicle for display and dust showroom vehicles daily
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the sales manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Clean driveway and sidewalks
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Wash vehicles that have been completed in service
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous lot attendant or detailer experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Maintain a clean cut, professional appearance
• Wear provided uniform or Preston clothing
