Windsor Assistant Manager (Full-Time/Part-Time)

• You're a sales driver: Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store. Build brand loyalty by providing an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer and provide feedback to do more with less while creating value for the brand.
• You're an expert at finding and retaining great talent: Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent. Build a wide talent pool through networking and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience that supports retention goals.
• Right people, right place, right time: Organize and plan in detail to get the job done. Own the sales floor to execute daily operations and create the Oasis for customers.
• You have a passion for leading people: Partner with the Store Manager to supervise and train your team. Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and using company tools.
• You do the right thing: Demonstrate integrity and follow Windsor policies and procedures.
• You take pride in your store: Support execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive. Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.
• You're our culture champion: Live and promote Windsor values, delivering your best every day by fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinker and able to resolve issues with customers and associates
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one
• Welcomes feedback and is committed to continuous improvement

Frequently stand, walk, observe, bend, and push. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to access all areas of the store, operate equipment, climb ladders, and move merchandise or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Schedule varies to oversee store operations in a fast-paced environment.
