Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and positive shopping experience
• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately, processing cash, credit, and mobile payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, rotating products to ensure freshness and accurate pricing
• Support fresh food preparation and handling in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines
• Monitor fuel pumps and the forecourt area for safety, cleanliness, and customer needs
• Respond to customer questions about products, promotions, and store services, resolving issues promptly
• Follow all company policies related to cash handling, loss prevention, age-restricted sales, and safety
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet daily store performance and customer service goals
• Assist with basic inventory counts and reporting low stock or out-of-stock items to management
