Appointment Setter​/Lead Generator

Overview

Second Team Consulting is looking for a motivated appointment setter to help generate sales calls with local service businesses (cleaners, pressure washers, roofers, landscapers, etc.). This role is commission-based only and best suited for someone who is comfortable cold calling businesses directly from Google listings and booking qualified meetings. You are not closing deals
, your job is to open doors and set meetings. (Although you can close as you learn)

• Cold calling local service businesses using Google search/maps
• Introducing Second Team Consulting in a clear, professional way
• Qualifying interest and booking meetings directly on my calendar
• Working independently with clear expectations and targets

• Commission paid per qualified meeting booked
• Bonus opportunities for consistency and performance
• No cap, earnings scale with effort
