Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and fueling the growth of our MaaS solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in tech sales while making an impact in the Mobility as a Service industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and research potential customers, including transit agencies, cities, venues and businesses.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, Linked In, and networking events.
  • Engage prospective clients, introduce ZED.digital’s solutions, and qualify leads.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update lead records within the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, mobility technology, and smart transportation and venue solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for technology and sales.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Interest in Mobility as a Service and digital transportation and Venue solutions.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
