We're launching a brand-new used car dealership, and we're looking for a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to help shape the customer experience from day one. What You'll Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle and make the buying process smooth and enjoyable
- Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Assist in developing sales processes, merchandising, and dealership culture
- Jump in where needed - we're a startup, and teamwork makes it happen
- Be the face of a new local dealership people trust
- Sales experience preferred (automotive or otherwise), but not required
- Outgoing, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
