Position: Inside Parts Sales Representative
Location: Fyda Freightliner - Youngstown, OH

What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the expert customers turn to - over the counter, by phone, and via email - to find the parts they need.
- Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices.
- Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently.
- Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve.
- Stay current with training and product updates - because knowledge is power.
- Someone with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow.
- Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must.
- Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus - but not required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent required with basic knowledge of truck/auto components.
- Excellent communication skills and must speak English.
- High school business math.
- Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
- General mechanical aptitude.

- Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
- Operate a Fyda vehicle in safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
