As a Financial Services Associate
, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by developing professional relationships, identifying client needs, and supporting financial professionals in delivering solutions that help individuals and businesses achieve their goals. What You'll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver presentations to professional organizations, businesses, and prospective clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
  • Partner with senior financial professionals to develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Gain expertise in financial services, insurance products, and client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and manage an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to support ongoing business growth.

COMPENSATION: The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
