The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Youngstown, OH. This position is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, assisting on the counter and processing orders accurately and efficiently. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for additional product offerings, and supporting the sales team with lead follow-up and account management.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone and email inquiries, assisting with counter sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams, and updating customer records in the sales system. The Inside Sales Specialist will also assist in resolving issues, tracking order status, and contributing to a positive and professional sales environment.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with a focus on building and maintaining customer accounts.
• Skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to responsive and reliable support.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing products or related building materials is preferred.
• Comfort using sales software, CRM systems, and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work on-site in Youngstown, OH, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
