Position Overview
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will monitor security systems, detect threats, and ensure safety.

Youngstown, OH - Schedule:
Shift 1 – Full-time, Friday through Tuesday, 2nd Shift, 3 pm to 11 pm - Schedule:
Shift 2 – Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 3 pm to 11 pm - Competitive hourly wage of $14.68/hr (Daily Pay available).

- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Document observed events and incidents through detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
- Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
- Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass extensive screening process.
- Strong report‑writing skills.
- Sharp visual activity and excellent concentration.
- Proficient with technology.
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- State license when required.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
