634 Properties is looking for a hands‑on, versatile General Property Maintenance/Handyman to support our residential portfolio with repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks. This is a full‑time, field‑based role suited for a reliable, self‑motivated individual who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. • Install and repair flooring, with emphasis on click vinyl plank (required) and carpet (preferred)
• Perform drywall repairs and painting for interior and exterior surfaces
• Conduct basic plumbing tasks including unclogging, faucet replacement, and leak repair
• Handle basic electrical work such as switch and outlet replacement
• Execute general carpentry work including trim, minor framing, and door repairs
• Complete routine property maintenance duties across assigned residential units
• Work independently and document completed tasks accurately
• Collaborate with other field staff or contractors as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all safety protocols

• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance or handyman experience
• Proficiency with click vinyl plank flooring installation
• Skilled in drywall patching and interior painting
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
