- Full‑time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one‑half for overtime hours worked.
- Work weeks can vary from 5‑8 hour days to 4‑10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.

Preventative MaintenanceThis position reports directly to the General Manager/Site Manager.
DescriptionThe PM Position will be required to perform daily fueling, and greasing on heavy equipment, dozers, excavators, compactors, etc. In addition, the PM will perform small repairs, and oil changes on heavy equipment.
The position will be located at Seneca Landfill, 421 Hartmann Road, Evans City, PA 16033. Work hours vary, but generally they follow the operating hours of the landfill which are Monday through Friday 6 AM through 4:30 PM and Saturday 7 AM through 11 AM.
Responsibilities- Fuel and grease heavy equipment daily.
- Change oil and filters.
- Inspect grease points and make sure everything is getting greased.
- Assist with minor repairs, windshield wipers/lights, etc.
- Inspect equipment for leaks.
- Work with mechanics with repairs and notifying when equipment has an issue.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- 1 year of mechanical work.
- Heavy equipment repair certificates from trade school.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Possession of a valid PA driver’s license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to work outside during all weather conditions all year round and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and rules that are set forth; promote the company’s safety standards; work with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
- Employee must adhere to all site safety rules and regulations. Employee will be asked to provide their own safety shoes.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
