The Tower Technician is a full-time on-site position based in Youngstown, OH. The primary responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication towers, utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring functionality and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time. The role also requires inspecting and maintaining equipment, identifying potential problems, and performing necessary repairs in field conditions.

• Proficiency with hand tools and familiarity with their safe usage
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with experience in maintenance and repair of technical equipment
• Knowledge of wireless networking principles and communication systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license; CDL certification is a plus
