Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, dryers, chillers, and related industrial equipment.
Inspect on-site equipment and identify opportunities for upgrades, optimization, and aftermarket support.
Apply a systems-based approach to problem-solving, focusing on energy efficiency, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability.
Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and delivering high-quality service.
Complete detailed service reports and required startup documentation.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency/after-hours support.
Ensure rental equipment is safe, clean, and fully operational before delivery and after return.
Perform piping modifications, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs using hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked service vehicle in line with company and DOT requirements.
Manage warranty and unused parts according to company procedures.
Attend safety meetings and ongoing technical training.
Use company systems to manage documentation and work orders efficiently.
