Air Compressor Service Tech

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, dryers, chillers, and related industrial equipment.

• Inspect on-site equipment and identify opportunities for upgrades, optimization, and aftermarket support.

• Apply a systems-based approach to problem-solving, focusing on energy efficiency, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability.

• Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and delivering high-quality service.

• Complete detailed service reports and required startup documentation.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency/after-hours support.

• Ensure rental equipment is safe, clean, and fully operational before delivery and after return.

• Perform piping modifications, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs using hand and power tools.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked service vehicle in line with company and DOT requirements.

• Manage warranty and unused parts according to company procedures.

• Attend safety meetings and ongoing technical training.

• Use company systems to manage documentation and work orders efficiently.
