Gutter Installation & Service Technician (Hourly Full-Time)
Location:
Window World Boardman, OH
This is a full‑time, hourly position with pay based on experience.

- Perform professional installation of 5" and 6" aluminum gutters and gutter protection systems
- Follow Window World’s established installation standards and procedures
- Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installs and service calls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment at all job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and safety procedures
- Previous gutter installation experience is required
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Knowledge of general construction and installation techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders up to 40', walking on roofs)
- Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a box truck
- Must pass background check and drug test (including marijuana)
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and job site cleanliness
