Position: Roofer Commercial / Flat
Job description:

Qualifications

• Experience required in the following:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, BUR, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems and sheet metal.
• Please list previous experience in commercial roofing.

Responsibilities
• Installing, maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems.
• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, BUR, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
• Install standing seam metal roofs, sheet metal and flashings
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices
• Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks
• Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employees
• Willingness to learn new systems and application/installation strategies.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 encouraged but not mandatory for hiring.
