Gutter Field Service Technician

Window World is seeking a motivated, dependable, and skilled Gutter Installation & Service Technician to join our team at our Boardman location. As part of the Moran family of businesses and our trusted network of Window World locations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional exterior remodeling experiences for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position with compensation based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally install 5" and 6" aluminum gutter systems and gutter protection products
• Perform gutter service, repair, and maintenance work as needed
• Follow Window World’s installation standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Travel in Window World vehicles throughout the assigned service area to complete installations and service calls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and office staff
• Ensure all work is completed with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Previous gutter installation experience is required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Knowledge of general construction methods and installation techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders up to 40 feet and walking on roofs
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a box truck safely
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
• Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean job site
