• Perform service and repair work on replacement windows and doors
• Diagnose and resolve product and installation-related issues
• Replace sashes, hardware, and other components as needed
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of Window World products, installation methods, and service procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete service appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Previous experience with replacement window and door installation or service required
• Ability to bend metal required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments effectively
