We are seeking a skilled Tube Mechanic to join our team at our Boardman, OH location. This role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics, installing electrical components, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and process documentation.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Plan conduit routing based on technical drawings and system layout.
• Bend and shape conduit to navigate around structural obstacles.
• Weld strut supports to securely mount conduit onto compressor packages.
• Install electrical components and instrumentation on compressor systems.
• Pull, route, and terminate various types of wiring, including power, control, and signal.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
• Experience working with electrical components, instrumentation, and industrial systems.
• Skilled in conduit bending, routing, and installation.
• Experience pulling and terminating electrical wiring.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and industry best practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with compressor packages or similar industrial equipment.
• Basic welding experience for installing conduit supports.
• Familiarity with multiple wiring types (control, signal, and power) in industrial settings.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime extending to 4:00pm. The work involves a blend of physical and technical tasks in an industrial setting. Dress appropriately for hands-on electrical work and adhere to safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
