Job SummaryShift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. We are seeking a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to help maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you enjoy mechanical parts and working with service technicians and customers, join us.
Responsibilities- Inventory Management:
Keep the parts warehouse organized and ensure parts are available for service technicians and customers. Perform cycle counts on inventory. - Order Fulfillment:
Process parts orders and returns, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts to customers and parts‑drop locations as needed. - Customer Interaction:
Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if not currently possessed.
- Experience:
At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, with some time in a mechanical parts environment. - Knowledge:
Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus.
- Customer Focus:
Positive attitude and high motivation to provide outstanding service. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with database environments.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; noise level usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations.
