What You Will Do

As a primary representative of our premium bath division, you will specialize in upgrading existing residential spaces with high-quality, modern bath solutions.

• Demo & Prep: Efficiently tear out old tubs and showers down to the framing.
• Frame Carpentry: Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure structural integrity and level installations.
• Light Plumbing: Re-route valves, install drains, and connect fixtures safely and securely.
• Precision Install: Install high-end bath replacement units, wall systems, and fixtures according to spec.
• Master Finish: Deliver flawless, watertight caulking, trim work, and surface restoration.
• Customer Delight: Leave the workspace cleaner than you found it and walk the homeowner through their beautiful new bath.

What We Look For (Requirements)

• Proven Experience: Deep background in bathroom remodeling, finish carpentry, wall installation, or general plumbing or construction.

1099 Subcontractor Requirements

As an independent subcontractor, you must be fully outfitted to operate your business professionally:

• Your own reliable truck, work van, or trailer capable of transporting materials.
• All standard tools of the trade (miter saws, drills, plumbing tools, etc.).
• Active General Liability insurance and Workers' Comp (or waiver where applicable).
• Valid driver's license and legal business entity.
