Pay Range: $18.00 - $30/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced welder with 3G certification to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 3G welding on various materials and projects.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete assignments accurately.
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid 3G welding certification.
• Proven experience in welding roles, with expertise in 3G welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work on various shifts as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
