WhatYou'll Do:
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Complete upkeep and repair records as required.
- Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair. Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment systems. Troubleshoot and repair installed systems including plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
- Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain lighting systems throughout facility. This includes cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
- Maintain property grounds by performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and snow removal.
- Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith tasks as needed.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job- related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Valid Driver's License needed.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
