Flying HIGH, Inc is looking for a Case Manager Assistant to help make lives better every day.

• Full time, with compressed workweek – Mon. thru Friday
• 14 paid holidays from day one
• 2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days
• 40 hours of sick time which accrues up to 80 hours

• Provide administrative and direct support to participants and team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to services through phone contact or walk in visits.
• Assist interested individuals with registration, orientation and job readiness processes.
• Assist in and/or conduct program orientation and enrichment workshops.
• Input client information into the data collection system.
• Connect and schedule clients for appropriate case management services.
• Provide assistance to case managers as needed.
• Will be based at primary location with willingness to work out of alternate PDC offices (Youngstown/Salem/Warren).

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree in social work or related field or relevant internship/work experience in criminal justice/social services.
• Demonstrate effective documentation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the empathy necessary for working with diverse population (adults with history of SUD, criminal backgrounds).
• Reliability and dependability essential.
• Valid Ohio Driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Drug free workplace.
